Let’s cooking with love and getting close to our staff

--JL MAG Cookery Match

One of the highlight work in JL MAG is attending to our workforce, which we should create a satisfied canteen,including raise the standard of the food,serving a great dinning environment.in this case, human resources department organized a cookery match at canteen on May 23rd.

When the competition started, the chef gave all attention to their work, the scene also accompanied with music.The judges were coming from different department in JL MAG and giving the likes to their favourite food. They also left some comments: the meat with mango are a good match! Salad dough sticks fired shrimp so great!

Human resources department all appreciate some feedback on the work. no matter positive or negative, they will deal with it carefully. This competition not just compare notes on cooking skills, more than that, it’s a change that they can receive the opinion from our staff.in the meantime, our chef also felt the emphasis on career growth,enhancing their sense of belonging and loyalty.

At last, The judges gave the credit to some chef.in the future,canteen team will provide more delicious food to keep our staff healthy, leading to create more great value!
